What is a microchip?

  • A small electronic device, about the size of a piece of rice, that is implanted just below the skin that is a means of identification of your pet.

What is a microchip used for?

  • A microchip can be used to identify your pet. Sometimes, no mater how careful we are, our family pet gets away from us. If your pet is found, a microchip can help identify then and identify you as their owner.

What happens if my pet runs away?

  • Usually a neighbor finds them running around in their yard. At which point they can bring your pet to a near by shelter or vet and the microchip can be scanned and you can be contacted.
  • Another option is if your pet has been microchiped through us and is wearing the special tag on their collar the person finding your pet can simply search Google with that tag number to contact you directly. Watch the video to find out more.
